In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the winingplus website, registering an account, or using any of the Services in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winingplus platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the winingplus platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the winingplus platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the winingplus platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of the type provided by winingplus is lawful;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register administered by PAGCOR or maintained by winingplus;
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of the Company or its affiliated game providers;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

To access real-money Services at winingplus, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) winingplus account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

KYC Verification Requirements: All winingplus Players must complete Know Your Customer verification before withdrawals are activated. KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or PRC license);
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Player holding their primary ID document adjacent to their face;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document) for Players seeking elevated withdrawal limits or VIP tier access;
• Additional documentation may be requested at the Company's discretion in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winingplus account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

The Company will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from winingplus requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify winingplus support without delay if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, or from your failure to notify the Company of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

The Company strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their winingplus accounts. This additional security measure significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.

winingplus accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion.

All deposits at winingplus must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The Company does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine Peso deposits. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are published in the winingplus cashier section. The Company does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

The Company complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Company may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed regulatory reporting thresholds or that the Company's AML monitoring systems identify as requiring additional review. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in funds being returned and the account being restricted.

Withdrawal requests at winingplus may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the winingplus account. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Pending KYC does not prevent deposits or gameplay, but does prevent withdrawal of funds until verification is complete and approved by the Company's compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Processed within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• BDO, BPI, Metrobank bank transfers: Processed within the same business day, subject to inter-bank transfer timelines;
• USDT: Processed upon blockchain transaction initiation, subject to network confirmation times.

The Company may delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of AML checks, security review, or verification of account information. The Player will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so.

winingplus offers various promotional bonuses, reload bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits that may apply to bonus winnings.

General bonus terms applicable to all winingplus promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified winingplus accounts only. The Company reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device, unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period specified. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation;
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has commenced wagering activity under it, the Player's position at the time of cancellation will be assessed fairly;
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings and account suspension.

All games and betting markets available on the winingplus platform are governed by the specific game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

All bets and game results at winingplus are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical errors, disconnections, or other disruptions that occur after a bet is confirmed and before the game result is determined do not automatically entitle a Player to a refund or re-bet.

In the event that a game is offered by winingplus in error — including errors in pricing, rules, or availability — the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances. Where a bet has been settled before an error is discovered, the Company may reverse the settlement and void the bet if the error materially affected the odds or outcome presented to the Player.

winingplus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. All live dealer games are streamed from secure studio environments with no pre-recorded content. The Company does not manipulate game results in any way beyond the published return-to-player percentages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winingplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, forfeiture of deposits, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:

• Registering an account or providing false information for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Operating more than one winingplus account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that provides an unintended financial advantage;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity under Philippine law;
• Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping, or distributing any content or software belonging to winingplus without written authorization;
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or unauthorized bank accounts;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward winingplus staff, support agents, or other Players through any platform channel.

winingplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools and information they need to gamble safely. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

winingplus provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure periodic reminders alerting them to the duration of their active session;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position at intervals set by the Player;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot log in or place wagers;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the winingplus platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. The Company can provide referrals to professional gambling counseling services operating in the Philippines upon request through the winingplus support team.

All content on the winingplus platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winingplus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the winingplus platform without the Company's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of winingplus intellectual property constitutes a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights under Philippine law and applicable international treaties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the winingplus platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the winingplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

The winingplus platform is provided on an "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability. The Company will endeavor to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's winingplus account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification requirements;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated tools;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a PAGCOR-registered self-exclusion request;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action;
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in the Company's dormant account policy).

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to void unsettled bets and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last-used approved payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Players may close their own winingplus account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding transactions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and winingplus regarding any aspect of the Player's account, a game result, a payment, or the application of these Terms, the following resolution process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit the dispute in writing to the winingplus support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days;
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the Company's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to a senior compliance officer, who will conduct a review and provide a final internal determination within 10 business days;
3. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal resolution process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published player dispute resolution channels in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory procedures.

Disputes relating to game outcomes settled more than 30 days prior to the date of the complaint may not be eligible for review unless the Player demonstrates that the delay was caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on their winingplus account and by posting a prominent notice on the winingplus platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the winingplus platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page at winingplus.app/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 15, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
